Corrections, disputes, and removals for your listing
Denver Veterinarian is a free directory of veterinary practices in the Denver area. Each listing draws from publicly available business information and a score computed from Google reviews using a single, consistent rubric applied fairly to every practice. No payment can change your score or ranking. This page explains how corrections, disputes, and removals work. The full rubric is published under our rubric.
How corrections work
Factual errors (business name, address, phone, website, hours, the list of services) are the quickest thing to fix. Include the correct information and a way to confirm it; your website or Google Business Profile both work. Applied corrections persist across our data refresh cycles.
How disputes work
Scores are never hand-edited, so a dispute must be a factual claim about the data behind your score. That means your profile is matched to the wrong business, reviews are being attributed to you incorrectly, or a review summary misstates what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number, and scores cannot be raised by arguing the rubric is unfair.
How removals work
Listings are removed when a business is permanently closed, is a duplicate entry, or falls outside our scope. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses. An accurate listing that is in scope may be declined for removal, and we will tell you plainly why.
Where to send requests
Write to hello@frontrangepetguides.com with your business name, your listing's URL, and the change you are requesting. This directory is published by Front Range Pet Guides.
What to expect
Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason we are declining.
